Shipping

1. Currently, our products are available only for shipment to Canadian or US addresses, but we do plan to add other destinations as resources permit. If you are outside North America, please contact us to let us know of your interest or for more information.
2. We normally ship our products via Canada Post "Xpresspost", which seems to be a reasonable comprise between speed of delivery and cost.
3. We can deliver using other methods -- please contact us for details.
4. We aim to ship orders within one business day. We will advise you if we are unable to meet this goal for your order. If you have specific delivery requirements, please contact us in advance of placing your order to ensure that we can meet your requirements.

Returns

1. We do not normally issue refunds for any products or services purchased from us.
2. We encourage you to contact us in advance to ensure that the product or service you are considering is appropriate and effective for your needs. If you have any questions or concerns, we would be more than happy to resolve them with you.
3. We will replace (or arrange the replacement of) any defective products, in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. We would be happy to provide details upon request.
